Ms. Feldman is an experienced litigator who has been involved in all facets of state and federal litigation, from initiating actions through settlement or trial. She has handled a wide variety of lawsuits and claims, including matters involving business, partnership, real estate and securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other similar torts; misappropriation of trade secrets; breach of contract and breach of warranty; insurance coverage and insurance “bad faith” issues; elder abuse in the contexts of financial abuse and medical provider malpractice; construction-related issues, inclusive of contract drafting and interpretation, payment disputes, and construction defect claims; employment litigation, including claims for wrongful termination in violation of public policy; as well as personal injuries. As part of her practice she has also handled various types of arbitration (contractual, Cumis and judicial), mediation and reference proceedings.

She also has extensive appellate court experience, and has been involved with the following published decisions: Ballard v. Uribe, 41 Cal.3d 564 (1986); Pacific Bell v. Colich & Sons, Inc., 198 Cal.App.3d 1225 (1988); Armstrong World Industries, Inc. v. Superior Court of L.A. County, 215 Cal.App.3d 951 (1989); Skulnick v. Mackey, 2 Cal.App.4th 884 (1992); College Hospital, Inc. v. Superior Court of CA, County of Orange, 8 Cal.4th 704 (1994); Truck Insurance Exchange v. Superior Court, 51 Cal.App.4th 985 (1996); and Conservatorship of McElroy, 104 Cal.App.4th 536 (2002).

In law school, she was a member of the Southern California Law Review and she was invited to participate in the Hale Moot Court Competition. Ms. Feldman is also a past editor of Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine published through the L.A. County Bar Association.
